Rehab Overview

Property was in need of extensive interior and minor exterior renovations.  All new vinyl replacement windows, new front porch, white picket fence and paint completed the exterior. The rear deck needed minor repairs and paint as well. Three new kitchens, 3 new bathroom, 3 new heating systems and all new flooring and paint throughout. Brand new plumbing and heating was installed on all 3 floors as well as all new electric service. 

Contractor Overview

Multiple contractors were needed to complete this project. A licensed general contractor was hired for the flooring, kitchen, bathroom, painting, windows and all carpentry. A licensed plumber was hired for all new plumbing and heating. A licensed electrician was hired for all electrical work. And professional insect exterminator was hired for yellow jacket removal.

Exterior

  1. Power wash exterior of building
  2. Rework existing enclosed front entrance – convert to open front stoop
    • Demo what is need, rebuild as necessary
  3. Repair all exterior doors as needed, replace all hardware
  4. Install new house numbers, mailboxes and doorbells
  5. Replace all windows (new vinyl double hung)
  6. Paint all trim on bottom of windows – Color – Spinach #20-20
  7. Repair rear stairs/decks as needed and paint (grey exterior paint)
  8. Remove all trash from yard
  9. Install white picket fence along front yard (pre made sections)
  10. Clean front yard and mulch flower bed
